We were moving to Marin County from the UK, and we wanted our daughter to attend public school. We sought Laura’s help to narrow our choice of neighborhoods so that we would be near an excellent school. Although our daughter was very bright and was the right age for 4th grade, the school district we chose believed that our daughter should actually be in the 3rd grade, due to the differences between UK and US curriculum. Laura intervened with the school district on our behalf. Because we worked with Laura, we found an excellent public school for our daughter, and she was placed appropriately in the 4th grade.

Our family was relocating to Los Gatos and with two sons, one in the 2nd grade and another in the 4th.
